Local switching
An even broader view of the scene here this evening. To the left, CSX engines 2709 and 6210 are moving tank cars around. In the middle of the screen you can kinda see the Finger Lakes railway's yard. Looking to the right of the yard and across the CSX mainline, are two trains on the siding tracks behind the New York State fairgrounds. An ethanol train that is tied down, and a local Y train that will probably go from here to DeWitt yard.
