(1 of 5) As I was driving along Rt. 221 I could see a whole lotta hoppers here at the north end of the Owego & Harford system. Photo is taken from the intersection of routes 221 and 220 looking south-west. I'm guessing the cars were here for storage. At this point in time I did'nt know that they were there switching cars around. |
