Description:  Since I was working against the sun, I had to settle on a going away shot here. If it was'nt for the CN and CITX units, I would'nt have bothered. Unfortunately the train will have to stop at CP300 in Warners because the defect detector sensed a hot-box on the north side of axle 54! The consist is led by CSX #260.

Description:  At around 16:30 hours yesterday, another K633 train came through Memphis, NY. I chased it, but could not get ahead of it to save my life. It was led by CP 9620, and I was hoppin' mad that I missed it! So, when I heard these guys calling signals with orders from dispatch to take the siding at CP320, I was immediately on my way! After a few hours passed, and a crew change, the train was back on the move. Seen here approaching track 1 of the mainline.

Description:  The Q640 is riding over the defect detector in Memphis, NY. The train is of course eastbound, and on track 1. Somewhere, somehow (I'd really like to know) this engine-set got turned around and is assinged to a tanker train that is now (10:00 Jan. 1, 2012) on the controlled Belle Isle siding, and ready to enter the main line at CP296 and head west.
